Staff was friendly, but the doctor couldn't be bothered to listen to my concerns. He was literally halfway out the door dismissing my concerns as I was telling him, which was the whole point of going to the doctor. As I was trying to point out my concerns, he kept interrupting me and saying, "Yeah I don't know what that is, I don't know what to tell you" even though I kept stressing the importance to my health and the pain I felt. Dr. Hopkins said "I couldn't be his patient if I was a smoker" Well that's like saying.. "you can't be my patient if you're obese" Then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't be on therapist provided medications.(is he a psychiatrist also?)Then he took a personal phone call during my visit about sign instalation on a new building 🙅♀️and bragged to me about opening his 4th practice. Horrendous experience. I'll find a new PCP elsewhere.
Extremely unprofessional staff. I was advised they take PPO only to receive a bill ($397) for the first visit as he wasn’t active with PPO until 4 days AFTER my visit. His billing staff/front desk stated this had to do with my “HSA” plan. (Still chuckling over this one.) For my 2nd appointment I checked in at the Gibson Drive location (15 mins early) only to be advised my appointment has been scheduled at the Douglas office. Absolutely recommend absolutely amazing loving caring people definitely listen to all my concerns in my health very on top love them all 10 out of 10 good job guys you are the best !!!!!!!!
