Service Desk is rude and intolerant. People who need help are calling, don't treat others like we are an inconvenience for asking for assistance. That's your job.
Excellent care and staff from front desk (Kyra), to intake to provider. Love that this is an independent practice. Fantastic service, quality care, and they answer the phone!!!!

I was very disappointed with this doctor's office is use of their patient portal. I sent a message through the patient portal and after not having received a reply for 2 weeks my care team told me that I should have called the office. What is the point in having a patient portal to make it easier for patients if it is not responded to and then I am told to just call the office.
