I was very disappointed with this doctor's office is use of their patient portal. I sent a message through the patient portal and after not having received a reply for 2 weeks my care team told me that I should have called the office. What is the point in having a patient portal to make it easier for patients if it is not responded to and then I am told to just call the office.
Get there 30-minutes so they can fill out pre-paperwork or they’ll reschedule you. Noted! Appointment would’ve taken 1-2 minutes to refer me someone who can drain my elbow bursitis.
I really don't like to complain and I'm a fairly new patient of Dr. Hopkins and our 1st meeting was great. I had a appt to see the RN Emily for a referral I needed for a procedure and go over some other medical issues. My original morning appt was in the AM and I didn't see it on my upcoming appointments so I called the office and I was told it was cancelled? Not by me. Her only avalability was much later that day I wasn't happy but I took the appt. I showed up early to my appt payed my co-pay and sat and waited in the lobby... read more
