Get there 30-minutes so they can fill out pre-paperwork or they’ll reschedule you. Noted! Appointment would’ve taken 1-2 minutes to refer me someone who can drain my elbow bursitis.
I really don't like to complain and I'm a fairly new patient of Dr. Hopkins and our 1st meeting was great. I had a appt to see the RN Emily for a referral I needed for a procedure and go over some other medical issues. My original morning appt was in the AM and I didn't see it on my upcoming appointments so I called the office and I was told it was cancelled? Not by me. If you ever need a doctor, please check out doctor Thomas Hopkins, and staff. They are very professional knowledgeable and fantastic service so please give them a call. Highly recommended.
I rarely complain but the customer service I have received from the staff at Dr. Hopkins office has been some over the worst I have ever encountered all over assistance with a Prior Authorization. Celina is a very rude and has a bad spirit. They charge you $50 to complete a PA and when they submit to insurance, they do not include all of the required information, leading to an automatic denial. They take zero responsibility for their negligence.
