He had been my Dr for over 18 or 19 years. He has always been very patient, always listens and pays attention. He also took very good care of my son.
Dr. Herendeen was highly recommended to me for my high risk melanoma removal surgery around my temple. He performed a very aggressive surgery leaving me virtually scar free. I also appreciated the time he spent with me during our follow-up appointments; I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions in a professional but friendly manner. His staff was exceptional also. I will always be grateful to him.
Too long of a wait. Even in the early morning. How can he be so far behind in the morning.

Dr. Herendeen does not do what he says he is going to do in his surgery. He said he would do a skin Transplant, but I came out scalped. I don't trust him.
If you're looking for someone who is rude, condescending, and has the bedside manner of a disgruntled frat boy, this is your guy! As for me, I will be steering clear.
He was rough with my injury every visit. He was not informative. Acted as if I wasn't even in the room. He is in, then out. No communication. He leaves no time for questions or answers. Worst experience I've ever had.
