He had been my Dr for over 18 or 19 years. He has always been very patient, always listens and pays attention. He also took very good care of my son.
Dr. Herendeen was highly recommended to me for my high risk melanoma removal surgery around my temple. He performed a very aggressive surgery leaving me virtually scar free. I also appreciated the time he spent with me during our follow-up appointments; I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions in a professional but friendly manner. His staff was exceptional also. I will always be grateful to him.

He was horrible. Totally disregarded why I was in there. Insulted my pcp saying he didn’t think I have ever had fluid in my ears when my pcp has said otherwise several times. Don’t waste your time. His bedside manner needs work too. Arrogant.
The Doctor insulted my Dr because he was “one of those young guys”. He went around the corner and told another Dr that there was nothing wrong etc. That other Dr didn’t necessarily agree and ordered more testing. It’s not just that his findings disregard all my symptoms, test findings, and prior medical Dr’s findings - but it’s HOW he disagreed. It was his dismissive and derisive tone. Too long of a wait. Even in the early morning. How can he be so far behind in the morning.
He does not give a considerable amount of time to his patients. I feel like my symptoms have been ignored after suffering with sinus issues for months. I have cried after leaving his office the last two times out of pure frustration.
