My daughter had a procedure done 2 years ago and it was okay BUT her problem came back and needed to do a rhinoplasty and she paid out of pocket which wasn’t cheap. Anyway her nose has a big dent on both sides AND her bump is back SO therefore there went her money down the drain and it gets small bruises here and there. NO she has not hit her nose any. Research the surgery you are getting done and if it will be worth it if paying out of pocket. She is not a happy patient and to go back he would tell her it’s fine :(

Dr. Herendeen is absolutely the worst doctor I've ever seen. He is plain up rude, doesn't listen, will cut you off, and even argue with you. There was times he'd take something way out of context or to the extreme and then want to argue instead of trying to understand my concerns. Terrible bedside manner and has an even worse personality and complex he carries himself with. He will dismiss your concerns and basically tell you that you will have to live with your issue forever. Instead of doing the job he's hired to do. He let's his personal judgements of people get in the way or he lacks the experience and knowledge to preforme proper procedures. He lied and let my perforated septum which could of been fixed first time I came in get so bad that gonna have to have a surgery never should of had to if he would of done his job instead of judging. Said I would have to live like this for rest of my life. Seen another doctor out of there little group can be fixed he lied.

extremely disappointed in my visit. He did not want to listen to anything I said. He did not seem to care at all or have any empathy. We felt like we were a waste of his time.

She said if that did not work, they would progress to “B”injections to boost the cheek muscles. The next visit was with this doctor.
