This Physician Specialist is very thorough with his assessment. He gives you the facts of what his understanding is from his exams, and he gives it to you straight up uncut. I have to say I feel he is very gifted and his profession, and he shows that he gives a damn about his patience well-being. I will recommend him to any and everyone who has vision and retina issues
Iam sad to see Dr. Tsai retire. He has helped me with my eyesight so much. I hope he has a great and enjoys his retirement.
