Brought me 2000 gmc with a bad 4l60e Thomas calls me tells me I have a 4l80e transmission it was a previous Mickey mouse job wrong flywheel ect… they got me a custom flywheel for the 5.3 to mount to the 4l80 transmission truck runs excellent shifts smooth very honest shop answered every single one of my questions I’ll be recommending to my family & friends!
This place is the real deal. IMO did not overcharge or try to over sell. Paid hundreds less than other places estimated. Not only rebuilt my transmission but also the torque converter!! Invited me into the garage to show me the rebuild kits they used- name brand as opposed to an aftermarket supplier. I drove 40 minutes there from my home and it was well worth it over my local shops. So I found Thomas Transmissions on fb so was little scared lol messaged him replied promptly gave me a price and stuck to it couple days later my truck was back on the road Transmission is great thanks again very helpful and professional
