I bought a pair of Ariat ranch boots, after 6 mo. Use a defect in the liner near the toe developed, the so called grouchy old man inspected them and I left with a new pair free. Hope they last and thanks for standing behind your brand!
Only because I can’t give a zero. Called earlier today to be sure they had 3 pair of Carhart bibs. They said they had them we made the trip tonight they did not have 3 pair pair they had one pair. We have shopped this store for well over 10 years last several times the service has been less than stellar. They did not offer to order the other pair and ask if we wanted a bag ? Who sells clothing and ask if you want a bag. This is why people have turned to internet shopping. So disappointing !
Great service, great products and selection! Worth taking the trip just outside the city limits to get quality small business experience! No chain store can provide the same quality!
Cranky old man just want your money no trades no returns all sales final... went online (dungarees . Net) got all my Carhartt clothes for a whole lot less.
As long as this place keeps carrying Red Wings and Irish Setter boots, they'll keep getting my business. Typically get asked if I need help immediately depending on whether they're customers being assisted already or not. #thumbsup

Very unsatisfied with rude experience. Stopped in before close on Friday night. Bought $45 worth of stuff. They closed at 8:00 and we were at the checkout at 8:05. Walked out the door and the two employees were walking out right behind me. Noticed I was overcharged for a clearance item by $2. Stopped one of the employees as they were locking up and was given a blank stare. I said I would come back tomorrow for an adjustment. Went back today (Saturday).
