Bought a pair of Irish setter boots. Not even 2 months old, the stitching is ripped on the boots. I was told that they could send them out for a warranty and that it would be 6-8 weeks for new boots to come in. He told me I could buy a new pair to get me through till those came in. Will never shop here again! These boots were $160, now I’ll spend $55 to get them repaired from the red wings store.
I have spent alot of money on work boots and personal cowboy boots and shoes over the past 20+ years here. I bought my son a pair of muck boots and the first time wearing them he broke his leg and they had to cut them off. I stopped in with the boots and the original box to tell them what happened. I was polite and said I know you can't do anything but I was hoping to see if I can get a discount on another set of boots. The guy was an ass and said "what am i supposed to do with them?"
