This doctor is seriously overbooked. He was recommended by my new PSP. I had to wait five months for an appointment. I left my house 2hours in advance to deal with the construction through Derby and Shelton. I finally managed to reach Fairfield. Knowing I was running late I tried to contact the office to inform them. I could not reach the office. I wound up going to the line to make an appointment. Either Dr. Toothaker does not have necessary knowledge and experience to perform as a competent doctor or he simply does not care about treating his patients. He exhibited terrible communication and had a dismissive attitude despite abnormal findings. He is useless as a provider.
