Poorly managed office staff. The front office staff doesn't communicate to the dental assistants or the doctors. I was scheduled for 2 things and they took 1 of the items off the schedule without telling me . I had to find out when I got there so I had to reschedule the 1 thing. Then they tell me there's a 72 hour time frame to cancel. This is your fault not mine. Maybe tell your patients there's a 72 hour cancelation policy . Very thorough. I was a new patient here and had numerous X-rays and everyone was SO nice and professional. The dentist helped me make decisions that worked for me.
The office is very professional, clean, and outgoing.I was impressed. The hygienist did an amazing cleaning job. 5 stars
