I have seen a lot of bad behavior through the years. This review platform is limiting my word-choice (multiple tries to post this review) - so let's just say we got treated with an extreme lack of respect in our opinion. He treated my 89-year-old mother during that (our first) visit. He told us that 'that is his personality and that if we don't like it, we can take a flying leap' so to speak.
