Came in for my normal eye exam, asked about what I could do as I was getting headaches driving home staring into the sun. Dr. Let me know I could get darker lenses that are prescription/polarized for my sunglasses, I was like cool let’s do it. Gave them glasses so they could order lenses. After ordering the lenses right when I went outside, put them on, I knew right away they were not as dark as the original lenses on my sunglasses. All of the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Dr. Ha took his time getting my prescription right. It had been 4 years since my last exam and he wanted to make sure it was perfect.
arrived in Vegas friday 17th May 2024. Saturday morning my wifes lense fell out of her glasses. We found Image eye care and Jennifer was kind enough to put a new screw in to hold the lense back in. Very appreciated. Kind regards from Sandra from Australia.
Unfortunately, I am not returning to this office again. I’ve been going there for years and all I wanted was for me and my 2 daughters to go in on the same day. I was unaware that there is a max of only two per family. The receptionist looked at my past appt and said you came separately from your kids in the past and also your husband. We never go in with my husband because of his crazy work schedule. I have been coming to Image Eye Care for five years. Dr. Ha is an excellent doctor. It is very evident he cares for his patients' eye health. I appreciate how well he explains conditions and the treatment options available. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to overtreat or do any unnecessary procedures. My eye health has significantly improved since being in his care. And both locations have very nice, compassionate professionals working the front desk.
