The front desk girls charged my card twice because they're not trained well enough to give their customers the right prices. This is essential to any business to know how much you are charging the patients. The first person looked at a blue book 3 times before she charged me. Then, she asked another person who acted like she knew everything and found out she needed to charge me more! This is unacceptable and they need to train their front desk better! Came in for my normal eye exam, asked about what I could do as I was getting headaches driving home staring into the sun. Dr. Let me know I could get darker lenses that are prescription/polarized for my sunglasses, I was like cool let’s do it. Gave them glasses so they could order lenses. After ordering the lenses right when I went outside, put them on, I knew right away they were not as dark as the original lenses on my sunglasses. All of the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Dr. Ha took his time getting my prescription right. It had been 4 years since my last exam and he wanted to make sure it was perfect.
arrived in Vegas friday 17th May 2024. Saturday morning my wifes lense fell out of her glasses. We found Image eye care and Jennifer was kind enough to put a new screw in to hold the lense back in. Very appreciated. Kind regards from Sandra from Australia.
