Dr. Quejada is wonderful, she makes you feel as though you are very important and she treats you as an equal. I could not have asked for a better doctor during and following my breast cancer.
I'm giving this a low review because of the unpelasant surprise about cost. I went there to get a wound glued shut (stitches weren't needed). The total charges were $1,700!!! Insurance caused a reduction to *only* $970. That's an OUTRAGEOU$ cost. They charge emergency-room prices. The facility is clean and the doctor was nice and competent.
Horrible experience. Glennon Johnston is not capable of performing in a professional manner. Glennon lacks experience as well as education required for this position. Glennon likes to patient profile and suddenly revert to a small child upon the realization of his failure. Glennon also failed to read my medical history before administering speed to a person whose heart rate was already above normal. Nurses mad about something
Dr. Chen delivered my son and it was the best possible experience. I would recomend Dr. Chen to every woman that needs a professional and experienced doctor.
I'm new to the area and needed a place to get a quick strep test for my son. His regular physician is in Naperville and it would have taken us 35 minutes to get there so I thought it was an easy way to get a result. This place charged me $637 FOR A VISIT AND STREP TEST. OUTRAGEOUS! When I called they said that is just what they charge for visits. After calling my insurance company they said that the codes they used to submit to insurance where emergency room codes. I wish I could continue seeing Dr. Barrett and Dr. Capriotti. These are great doctors, they listen carefully and are very thorough. They're not in the business of just pushing pills and they teach their patients about their conditions and treat your whole person. The care the provided me with was life changing. If they accepted my insurance I would drive the hour and twenty minutes from my home in Indiana to see them.
I love Dr Kwak! I've been going to her for the past 5 yrs or so and she's always been very professional, extremely friendly and utterly knowledgable. I've seen her for a variety of issues (gyne & general health issues) and have always been very satisfied with her service. Her office is very prompt with getting back to patients and wait times for appointments are minimal. I wish she was an obgyn so I could see her for my second pregnancy!
