I have been with your dental practice since childhood, for over 30 years. Today, I received a letter informing me that it will cost £20.17 per month just to remain a member, not including the cost of any treatment. My children will also have to pay £8 per month. As a result, we are now all without a dentist because money has taken over.
Having been a patient at this surgery for many, many years I can only thank my lucky starts for having joined this practise. Each member of the team is superb, kind, helpful, thoughtful and go the extra mile to ensure a patient is attended to as soon as is humanly possible. I have been with dentist for over 40 years, I get a letter today 13th Jan saying hat from the 8th Jan they are going private, so no notice and a letter telling me what a money grabbing bunch of people these are. This is pure greed I am disgusted!
Been with Thomas and Stroud for years my whole family use them never had any issues but really disappointed and not happy as had letter through the post today stating that there changing to membership only which costs £20.17 a month which is absolutely ridiculous and on top of that when you do have appointments or an emergency or anything done you need to pay extra on top of that it’s an absolute disgrace and it’s money grabbing it doesn’t solve any of the issues stated in the letter such as less waiting times etc it’s liter... read more
Great dentist receptionists polite and helpful never have a problem with this dentist Mr Thomas is a really good He never causes me pain and he is so helpful always fit you in in an emergency or if you have any problem I wouldn't go anywhere else.
