Get the Chantilly Wedge and tots! A little ketchup and some 57 sauce finish them both off perfectly!
We (The Charlotte, NC Quora.com group for the Quora 2018 World Meetup) met from 4 - 8 at the Tavern today. The staff, JayDeen and Kyle were fantastic to us--a crowd of a dozen or so who hung out mostly talking, doing a bit of drinking, and some eating. I had a burger and onion rings and the onion rings were some of the best I've had. It was my first time and I plan to be back.
Very laid back atmosphere, friendly people, great staff. Lots to do outside, ping pong was a hit!
My favorite place to hang hands down...great food, drinks, and staff.
We sat outside (son and I) for dinner tonight. Nachos are huge! We both had sandwiches; served fast and hot, really good. This place is dog-friendly; it was nice to have 4 well behaved dogs in the outside eating areas entertaining us. There is ping pong and cornhole. Very friendly staff and clients as well. I will be returning with friends next time I am in town. Thank you to my son for a fun night out and Thomas Street Tavern for good food.
Well Thomas Street Tavern should just go ahead and say they’re a bar and stop serving food. We ordered food and then the waiter sat down to eat for like 20 mins in front of us waiting on our food. I looked at him like 5 times to remind him we were waiting on food. He made sure to finish his sandwich first. Then got up and brought us our food which you could tell had been sitting for a minute.
