This doctor/office is a joke. I honestly do not know how he still has patients. Every time we need ANYTHING from Dr. Sanders, we call and IF they answer we are told we need to schedule and appointment which of course is weeks away. If they don’t answer (which is most of the time) it takes them days to return a call. Patient must be seen in person even if our 93 year old grandfather just needs verbal orders to begin home health. Way to charge for an office visit ;) ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

This office is HORRIBLE at returning calls, and forget about speaking to someone when you call. It’s always the voicemail you’re speaking to, but don’t even bother leaving a voicemail they won’t call you back anyways. I had been trying to make an appt for months, they called me one time back in January to let me know I had abnormal labs and haven’t heard from them since....until I receive a letter today telling me they can’t serve me as a patient anymore due to lack of contact from me!
