I bought a used and abused 2008 Jayco eagle. I took it to Thomas and sons. They did a $750 inspection and winterized it.. Replaced the circuit board with a completely different one and didnt label any thing on the board. Told me when I went back "if they didn't do it at first I will just have to figure it out myself". They did not put the plug back in the hot water heater. The propane heater does not have a return air vent, nothing was said. People are just as nice as they come but I feel work was incomplete.
