Had what i needed at a reasonable price
I took my "new to me" 5th wheel to them to give it a good mechanical look over. They seemed to do a very through job and quickly made a couple repairs, all at a fair price. A special shout out to their service coordinator, Melissa Alton. She is a very pleasant person and goes out of her way to take care of you. Based on my 1st experience with them I will be back for any future needs.
Let down and highly disappointed. I've had a few experiences with them over the past couple of years. They have always been very helpful in the past. Unfortunately, it only takes 1 experience to change an opinion, and to show their true colors. Yesterday I called about a replacement AC motor and was given a price of $366.49.
