Our home warranty company sent us to a heater repair service for some problems we were having with our heating system. I want to give a big thanks to Shawn for his kindness when I called him early one Sunday morning about my furnace not working. He took the time to walk me through several tips over the phone to help get my furnace running again. We managed to get the heat back on, which was a huge relief on such a cold morning. After we moved into our new house in Glendale, the furnace stopped working during a cold snap because the igniter failed. I called Thomas & Sons Home Heating & AC, and Clayton arrived the same day to check out the heater. He was friendly and quickly found the problem, then fixed it right away. Clayton even extended the warranty for us and didn’t charge anything extra for coming out or the repair. The service was excellent, and I will definitely call them again if I need help with our heating system.
i had to use my home warranty not long after moving into my house in glendale because my furnace stopped heating. thomas & sons home heating & ac sent someone out quickly, and william and clayton did a great job checking everything and fixing the issue fast. they also explained how my furnace works and gave me tips on what to watch for if it starts having problems again. i highly recommend them to anyone who needs furnace repair or service.
