I am so so happy! After a month of trying to get Sears to come out and fix my Stovetop I placed a frantic call to my home warrenty company. In less than 24 hours Cody came out and in 10 minutes fixed the problem. I cannot say more good things about his professionalism and work ethic. Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tiffiny Schwandt

My home warranty contact 2 compNies before and any can't fixed my dishwasher,I was frustrated, this company is honest about work they don't play,thanks God I'm really graceful after 6 months waiting for a real plomer.they fixed my dishwasher .

Thomas and son was assigned by our home warranty company to come out and fix our oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. They initially stated they only had the info for the dishwasher. After calling the warranty company they found the other work info. When Cody came out without looking the the fridge said the company wouldn’t cover the damage. He said they would fix the oven and dishwasher but they needed parts. That was 12-15-22. Two weeks later I didn’t hear from them so I asked for an update. As I can’t speak for their craftsmanship, their abruptness during our take or leave it scheduling phone call was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of Customer service.
