Non-responsive, rude, when I finally was able to make contact and set up an appointment to view the property, I never heard anything back from them and when I showed up I was informed that the appointment was canceled because *I* did not confirm it (I did, THEY did not confirm it) and refused to show me the property. Dealing with them has turned me off the property completely. Incompetent and rude. Tired of playing phone tag and then getting blamed for them not following up.

Tom skiffington is Andrew sundell Broker of record. I call tom office and left the mesage and his cell . But no answer or call back .about the following problem And a copy of all legal documents regarding this property. I am being accused of taking the old owners money, per a phone from a lady that called last Monday. Tom Skiffington, owner of Remax 440, has demonstrated profound negligence and illegal conduct as a landlord. He rents out several homes using the ReMax 440 name and directs his tenants to the ReMax 440 phone number. I informed Mr. Skiffington of a broken well pump in my home , which he neglected to repair for 5 days leaving the home without running water.
