All i was trying to do is get a fax number and the receptionist told me off so fast and hung up. I am trying to fax over important information, but I guess it doesn't matter to her. If you are there to help people you should really have kindness in your heart. I see you have none, no respect at all..
Have been trying to get a fax number to send important documents for signatures and the office staff was rude and very unprofessional and hung up on me! Why would anyone use this office for their healthcare needs. Abusive and obnoxious people!!!
Receptionist is a joke. How do you expect to get new patients when you are so unwelcoming? If you don't like your job that much, quit or retire.
