Very competent, thorough, doesn't rush, listens to me and answers any questions so I understand. Pleasant and understanding

Provider uncaring and didn't listen
Dr Thomas is thorough. One never gets the impression that he is hurrying or rushing the exam and conferencing. One is taking on time and is consistently treated as important. I have been going to Dr. Thomas in excess of five years and have never found the care I received (medically and during the process of getting new frames,etc) to be superb.
