I went in for some discomfort with a crown placement from a different dentist, Dr. Alfarra and Dr. Altawil examined and did all the tests to find the cause behind the problem. I was very happy with the service I have received, I will be seeing Dr. Altawil from now on for all my dentist visits.
This dental office is great. Nichole helped my daughter by getting her in to do her root canal when she could have sent us home because of a new policy for the insurance company. Thank you everyone in the office for your professionalism and especially to Nichole. You are great. God bless all of you.
Went for a simple composite filling and she made my front tooth look like a big thick oversized chicklet🤦♀️then tried to fix and made too short back of tooth not smooth AT ALL and on top of that have to wait over a week for someone else in the office to fix! Never have I ever had a bad dental experience, not sure if I should let the owner of practice fix or just go to Lifesmile Kirkwood, they would never!
My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Alfarra and it could not have went better! From the moment we checked in everyone was kind and friendly Dr. Alfarra and his assistant Samaya I think was her name (I'm so sorry if I got that wrong) worked great together and both were great at putting my daughter at ease (this was her first root canal so very nervous). Dr. Alfarra is very warm and kind which really helped my daughter too. Not to mention their group is the only endodontist in the area that accepts state insurance. Can't t... read more
