Many Many years ago Dr Thornhill operated on my son Mark Marabello who as a white male suffered with Sickle Beta Thalassemia from RI where orthopedic surgery was pretty bad. In 1989 Dr Thornhill was preforming non cemented hip replacements vs RI cemented only. Because my son was born in 1972 and being so young he recommended the non cemented. Performed ligament transplant on my lankle in 1974. works good today and even had a fusion on the same ankle years later Tom was a young upstart surgeon and he twisted my ankle for an xray and showed it off to other doctors.

Dr. Thornhill is by far the best knee surgeon. He is a real old-fashioned doctor. He truly cares about his patients. After being treated by one of his colleagues, Dr. Thornhill agreed to see me. He did my total knee replacement. He is a one of a kind surgeon.
