Dr Nasser will give you his best shot at recovery but at the end of the day, if you won't do the work, you won't recover - simple as that. As a patient of 2-yrs at AVORS, I found him well mannered and a great listener though not always open to options he is not familiar with. My Doctor is at AVORS in Lancaster. I have noticed the major improvement with the staff in all departments and how they work together to make your experience a good one. The Check-In has a new Kiox machine and someone to help you if needed. No long lines. Hold times are short when you call. Everything you need is in one building. The prescription department always gets my refills to the Pharmacy on time so I don't run out of medicine. The appointment department gets me in before the 30 days pass between appointments. I was surprised at how easy he was to deal with from reading the 2016 reviews. Wow were those reviews wrong. This provider not only made me feel important, but when I gave my opinion, he changed the treatment method and its working. This provider absolutely knows his stuff and I am improving!
This was an Epic appointment. What an amazing, caring provider.

My experience with Dr. Thomas Nasser was definitely NOT a good one. I found him to be very insensitive, condescending, disrespectful, rude and arrogant. Dr. Nasser's behavior and lack of concern for the patient is extremely troubling.
