Dr. Beal was great, and I will definitely be back to see him for my eye exams. He was professional and thorough, and I had a very positive experience during the exam itself. Unfortunately, my experience afterward when selecting frames was extremely disappointing. I worked with Sky, and the level of service was poor. He seemed more focused on trying to assist every customer who walked through the door rather than giving adequate attention to the customer he was already helping.
