would stay clear of this doctor. had to renew my drivers license and needed a medical form just to update my info for the handicap placard dr rutherford gave me a few years ago, he refused to fill out the paperwork unless i took a neurological driving test. i have no medical issues that would require one. the test was 250 dollars and another 40 on top of that, this is for people who have history of stroke and seizures. i know all this because my older brother is a thoracic surgeon and he knows my entire medical history. fina... read more
