poor customer service After scheduling a morning appointment based upon their calendar no one showed. By mid afternoon I called and they said the tech was hung up on another job and could not make it. We rescheduled for Friday AM and none showed again. I gave them one last chance at Monday morning and again no showed. After a call they showed at 1:15. Not professional, avoid this company – Thomas Roofing did a sloppy job on my roof. Shingles overlay the gutter guard, the felt paper was not replaced, although it was covered in my cost. I was told it wasn't in bad shape, but it was about 30 years old! And I still have a leak. They're very hard to get a return phone call from after leaving many messages. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I've had no resolution to my concerns on the job they did.
