Overall a very good experience with Thomas roofing. Mike explained the process well, was responsive, and made sound recommendations. After the replacement was done, a final walk around was done to ensure nails and debris were picked up and the property was left in good condition. There was a minor hiccup with getting the mid-project inspection scheduled which extended the overall process by a day and a half.

What a great experience. Staff always responded promptly to concerns. They did all the work with skill and efficiency. Our property was respected and the new roof looks amazing. During the process I gained a new friend in Jeremy as we chatted about life, family and travel. Always received personal attention. We would recommend them to others without hesitation!

Called because I had a leak in my bathroom, they did not fix the problem and are charging me 800$ for whatever "work" they did. I called back, they checked the attic and said it was a pipe leaking. The pipe doesn't carry water, it's an exhaust pipe for back up fumes. They decided it was my problem that they couldn't seal a pipe and charged me to replace random shingles. Be careful
