We deliver flatbed and flatbed moffatts to various jobsites to Thomas roofing billing the shipper. We always have pleasant experiences, and I enjoy coordinating deliveries with the contacts for each jobsite. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. When I call (i believe the office) the lovely lady at Thomas always gets the info needed and calls me back. She is so lovely to work with as well! -Kirstie from Titanium

Had my roof replaced with this company. Was quoted $13000 but then billed for $15000. I decided to accept this (even though they did not even consult me regarding the increased costs) and simply sent me the invoice stating they needed to use extra materials. Since I was from out of the country, I asked for pictures of the completed work. After asking several times, I was told I would be getting this but never received it. Absolutely disgusted with the vice president Paul Montgomery. Roof was leaking within a few months, they had given us a 10 year warranty. Called to have it repaired, they said it was not their problem.. Then stopped taking our phone calls. This morning they are working on the business across the road from us. One of our employees went to talk to Paul about fixing the leaking. Paul yelled across the street at him saying he was part of the Taliban and to go back to where he came from.
