We had a short gene counseling appointment (short because all was well, but my OB still referred us for gene counseling), and Dr. Thomas made an enormously positive impression in very little time. The office staff were kind, his gene counselor was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, and Dr. Thomas was fabulous - and funny. I would highly recommend this doctor.
