I arrived on time and was asked to fill out the customary form about your physical health: previous surgeries and medications. I was taken into the exam room and my vitals were taken and I was asked the same question about what medications I was taking. I made an appointment because I had fell due to a torn meniscus and fractured my left baby toe. The PA went over my history, medications and any procedures I had due to my arthritis.
