Dr Ricks was thorough and clear in his explanations . His approach was conservative and he did not push me into treatments that had low probability of good outcome . He answered all my questions and made good suggestions appropriate to my condition .
I have been a patient of Dr Rich’s for several months. I like his bedside manner and he is extremely thorough during the appointment time! I have never been made to feel like I’m rushed through. I appreciate his tenacity in determining diagnosis and setting a well developed treatment plan for best patient results!
