I had a very frustrating and stressful experience with Dr. Richard Thomas. A claim was submitted to the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) for a root canal in December 2025, and payment was received, but the procedure was never performed. Because of this, I have been unable to get treatment elsewhere, as the insurance system shows the procedure as already completed and paid for. Dr. Richard Thomas is a world-class dentist and has done amazing work for me. I have had gotten into a very bad situation with my teeth several times and Dr. Thomas has helped me tremendously over the last few years. He is not only a great dentist but cares about his patients, works very hard to come up with a plan that works for them (financially too) and is extremely skilled in his profession. I could not recommend a better dentist in the GTA. You are in great hands with Dr. Thomas.

Dr. Thomas is very personable and has the best aseptic technique I have seen from any dentist. The office is clean and has a beautiful view of the changing leaves in the fall.
On Christmas Eve, I awoke with tremendous pain emanating from a tooth. Through a quick Google search, I located Dr. Thomas, who, without hesitation, booked me for that morning and fixed the problem immediately. Dr. Thomas and his staff are kind, caring, and thorough — all the qualities you want in a dental surgeon and his staff. Additionally, everything was carefully explained to me and a follow up appointment was booked. I couldn’t ask for greater attention from a dental service. I highly recommend this Dentist.
