Nasty houses won’t fix electrical problems price of rent too high for the filth they put up online it’s very unprofessional no one need to rent here BUY your own house if you tell them it’s problems in the house they rather put you out then fix them
Poor heating and maintenance of buildings to old. Damages not fixed. Under SC laws landlord has 14 days to repair an issue. However that law doesn't apply to Slum lords. SC needs buildings and code inspections and stop turning their heads for money. California heart breaking but never for get God will show you in the long run.
