I must agree with other lady about the low appraisal. I lost a deal as well due to an appraisal coming in almost $40k below contract price. I have a friend who was under contract and had an appraisal come back from the same company much lower than anticipated. I’m not sure if it’s due to not being diligent or informed but there definitely seems to be a pattern with excessively low appraisals.

This lady will come in your neighborhood speeding With no concern if there were children in the street. And when addressed about the situation she will get snarky and have a nasty attitude this is definitely not the way you want to represent your business and I wouldn’t trust her to sell my dogs collar much less do anything for my home

Sellers & Buyers BEWARE! This Company cost us the sale of our home. The owner appraised our home $50k below the agreed upon sales price. This was due to not doing her homework and being in a rush because a holiday weekend was coming up. The appraisal was sloppy and incompetent. I’m only giving one star because you don’t have the option of giving negative Stars.
