I had been a patient of Dr Lugus for over 25 years. I found him to be a great diagnostician. Unfortunately, I found out that he retired without getting a chance to say "Thank you. I appreciate the fact that I was one of your patients, and you are irreplaceable.You will be sorely missed. Thank you once again."

I have been a patient the past and received excellent service, however I called today to get an appointment and I was rudely told that “ I wasn’t a patient and they were not accepting new patients. Go to Urgent Care”. I am really disappointed with the treatment.

I called this office to ask if they’re accepting new patients and the receptionist told me that the doctor wouldn’t see me because I’m on pain meds. I told her I have a pain management doctor that gives me that medicine and that I don’t want this doctor to provide them, I just need a primary care doctor and explained to her that I have a thyroid condition and possibly have an autoimmune disease. She was so rude that I told her that I would just find somewhere else to go. Very unprofessional and judgmental right off the bat.
