Great doctor, I have been seeing him for 30yrs, Cares about his patients, but lately he is so booked up I can not get into see him. For the first time in 30yrs they told me to go to urgent care, because they were so booked ahead. I was surprised. Will still try to see him when I can get in!!
The doctor is nice enough but the staff is very bad. Last time I went they made me wait at the window for five minutes and then told me my insurance was canceled. I said I could call and get it straightened out but she kind of scoffed at that so I went home and called and immediately BCBS said they'd fax over the information. I called and left messages twice to get a new appointment and no one called back.
RecommendedHe is a very good doctor. I moved out of state and cannot see him anymore but I recommend him and his staff highly.
I go to him for my care and he really cares about the patients who see him. Most of the other doctors I've been to does not care about the care of the patients but Dr. LUGUS CARES!

Just had my first visit with Dr. Lugas. His staff was exceptional. Dr. Lugas spent time with me answering any/all questions that I had. His approach is polite, caring and no nonsense. I like that! Friendly atmosphere at the office that puts you at ease. Highly recommend.
