My experience attempting to receive care at this office was extremely poor. First the receptionist denied that my insurance was accepted (and laughed about this with other staff) until I provided proof that they were a participating dentist. I then spoke in person with Dr. Paul Hudson about my implant referral, and he indicated that a pre-estimate would be requested from my insurance and I would hear back in 4-6 weeks.
