Horrible Experience with him.He wasnt my obgyn but he was the one on call and who did my c section. 12 years later scar looks sooo bad.So much scar tissue and raised incision.I had another c section by a different Dr. 7 years ago and when they seen the scar from Dr. Hartzell they were shocked. My second c section scar is barely visible. He also had NO bed side manner and made me feel so uncomfortable! Don't trust him with is what is suppose to be one of the best moments of your life.
Been seeing Dr Hartzell for years, pleasant demeanor, explains any concerns you may have, very comfortable with him
