He’s both a great surgeon and a great guy. He takes his time examining you and explains exactly what is needed to be done. I felt comfortable with the care provided.
Horrible surgeon and Dr. Would not let me have a gastric surgeon when requested? I found our my insurance would have approved, but he would not sign off my case. Big ego, little concern for my health. Ruined my life for a good while. My advice to Stay away,he only cares about getting a surgery,, not about the patient!
Dr Austgen has a calm, easy going manner and provides easy to understand explanations of necessary procedures. On top of that, he’s a most gifted surgeon. Two thumbs up!!
