I feel obligated to share my experience because this was genuinely one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. Here are issues I had: 1. Unsanitary exam rooms: At my first visit, I was placed in a visibly dusty and dirty room. Room was disgusting and not clean. Stuff was on the floor where someone had their toe cleaned!! Then he used a grinder tool on my daughter’s toe that was NOT clean. I cannot believe I sat there and let it all happen. I will not go to him again.

I experienced a very unprofessional phone call, I may not be an expert at how the shoe program works but Dr. Whitfield rushed me off the phone and hung up in my face when I had general questions to help my grandmother who is diabetic and in need of a pair of shoes. There was no patience with me and when I tried to get a better understanding he hung up. I’m very hesitant to take my grandmother her ever again.
