The office staff is very kind and the dentist did a root canal for me and I did not have any issues or any pain. Amazing, I certainly recommend!
Dr. Poomkudy is a very good dentist who is attentive and careful with his patients. Highly recommend.
I felt very comfortable with Dr. Poomkudy ! He answered all my questions and explained everything that I needed to get done He was very professional and friendly, the staff all had the same manners, and the office was very clean. My whole visiting experience was very pleasant.
Very unprofessional service from the people that answering and making calls...instead of verifying my insurance to see if I have a co-payment,they told me when I come in they would do that,also they told me to come in at 10:45am,office was closed...when I called voice mail said Richmond Hill office only open on Monday Wed and Friday. My appointment was Tueday.There was no office hours on the door..Thanks for Wasting my day i took off from work.
Dr. Poomkudy is a very compassionate doctor who helped take care of my needs just after the very first visit. The office staff is very caring and respectful towards their patients and tries their best to accommodate me in every way possible. Highly recommended!
