Just go with another plumber, this one ain't it
We were assigned Rooter-Man of Omaha by our home warranty company due to a leak at the faucet in our primary bathtub, which caused water to come through a light fixture in the living room ceiling below. I should note that I’m not sure if Rooter-Man of Omaha and Thomas Plumbing are the same entity, but they share the same address per Google, and calls from Rooter-Man show up as Thomas Plumbing on caller ID. A horrible experience using Thomas Plumbing. They often missed appointments without the courtesy to even call to reschedule. They charged for a service they did not even perform. I had to call them back out multiple times to finish a job that they left incomplete they left access panels laying out, they also did not clean up after their mess. I could forgive a lot of that but the lack of communication from the office team was the worst part.
As maintenance director for commercial property management company I can honestly say they are hands down the best. Prompt friendly and will be there when we need them.
