Had to use A-Thomas plumbing because of Home Warranty, they took my money and misdiagnosed repair and would not return any calls. STAY AWAY!
I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't given them none. The customer service on their part is absolutely terrible. I work from 8-5 & left 2 messages for A-Thomas & plumbing in regards to their arrival time. I left one yesterday morning and one early today. They didn't get back to me until the day of the appointment and said that they'd be there in an hour. This company.... Scam Artists!!!!! This is the guys that get over on your Home Warranty Comany as well as your Home Owner Insurance!!! Do not recommend!!! Luckily he did not trick me in to believeing his lies!!!!
I stayed home ALL day today for my 10:30-4pm appt from this "company", never received a call back from when I called and they straight out lied to my home warranty company stating they have communicating with me via email and rescheduled to Wednesday. I have NEVER heard from this company. EVER. via phone or email! Poor business practice when you straight out lie and do not call your customer back. I would never recommend them to ANYONE. EVER.
