Absolutely horrendous! My senior parents pay so much money to rent and live peacefully in this senior living facility. Yet, their downstairs neighbor smokes inside the apartment nonstop, to the point where my mother has trouble breathing, and all her clothes and furniture smell like cigarettes! Every time I visit, I can barely breathe in the apartment, the smoke has infiltrated every item they own! They have formally complained multiple times and nothing has been done!
