Dr. Thomas is an amazing doctor! I first met her when my premie baby girl was born and I wanted nothing but the best doctor. She is by far the best I could ask for. She always gets us in, even when I call last minute. She has always been correct with treatments for my children! She is a book of knowledge and very compassionate. I would definitely recommend Dr.Thomas! The office staff is also helpful and always willing to accommodate.
All three of my children have been seeing her since birth (oldest is 11). She is a wonderful Doctor who always makes time for then anytime there is an issue.
My youngest son has been a patient of Dr.Thomas for 11 years. I am a mother of 3 and work in the medical field. If you want a no nonsense, educated and careing physician look no further.
We used Dr Thomas when we lived there for 2 years. She always scheduled emergent appointments same day. My infant was having multiple issues and she was always able to get us in very quickly with specialists. And would always call the next day to check up after an emergent visit. I still recommend my local friends there to her. She left a lasting impact on how all our Drs should be for us. I highly recommend her.
I just brought my daughter to Dr Thomas in Tavares. The first thing she said to me when she walked in was that my daughter needed the HPV shot and I told her that I did not want my daughter to get the shot and her immediate response was to say, Do you want her to get cervical cancer and die?. She said it in an elevated tone and right in front of my daughter. I got up and walked out with my daughter and told her that I would be finding a different doctor. Scared my daughter.
