This review is long overdue but thank you Thomas for your thorough inspection of our home! We called Thomas after reading his stellar reviews and he did not disappoint. He spent ample time educating us about our home and was thorough in his explanation of things. This was our first home and he answered all of our questions. He talks too much and simply waste time. He does not do his work properly. His radon test is incomplete His knowledge on electrical/plumbing is very limited. A deeply disrespectful attitude toward home owners. I don't recommend him.
I will never recommend him. He continually talks about what can go wrong rather focusing on the current condition of the house. He even gives estimates on repairs, which is illegal for a home inspector to do. He makes outrageous statements like "this pipe WILL leak" or "this 2 year old roof WILL leak". Since he's so good at reading the future, I asked him for future lottery numbers.......Just to be clear: WORST INSPECTOR I'VE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH.
