I have been a patient for over 20 years and have had many surgeries but because i had not been in the office for 5 years I was charged with a $500 new customer charge. I will never go back and have advised many friends that you will find a new customer charge that they will not reverse
I was left to sit in my exam room for close to an hour and a half. No one checking on me nor letting me know how much longer I would be waiting. Front staff seemed nice enough but they need to realize that our time is just as important as the doctors. They need to schedule more time between appointments so people don't need to wait as long. I would have gone elsewhere if I know the service would have been like this.
