He did a thorough exam. That is the only reason he got 2 stars. His opinion is so far off base it makes me question his competence. No communication and no bedside manner. Left without saying anything. Sorry I ever went there.
From start to finish for my left knee replacement, Dr. Janssen was top-notch! Thorough, wealth of experience, communicated well throughout the process. Staff at McBride was awesome, too! If the right knee poses similar problems, I will not hesitate to contact Dr. Janssen’s office, staff again.
